You reached this page because your maintenance plan will expire soon or has expired. The program automatically reminds you to renew your plan starting 21 days prior to the expiration date. Did you know there were six (6) releases in 2007 and five (5) releases in 2006? -- these were available to those with an active 10.x maintenance plan.

How to renew:

Renew online using a credit card through our authorized reseller by clicking on the correct link in the Renewal Fee Chart.
Direct from us by Telephone using a credit card (US/Canada): please call (360) 683-9888 or toll-free (866) 882-3389 (US/Canada only) during our office hours of 8am-4pm Monday through Friday (Pacific Time GMT-8) except US holidays. We accept Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover.
Direct from us using a Purchase Order (US/Canada only). Please see this page for information about purchase orders. Please include your CDKEY/Serial number and your current email address on the purchase order. You can find it by starting NetScanTools Pro and going to Program Info, then selecting About NetScanTools Pro.
European Union EU members may also contact Extralan in UK for renewal.

Renewal Fee Chart
The 'days late' below is based on your current plan expiration date. You can find that date by going to Program Info left panel group, then clicking on the About NetScanTools Pro icon. If you are unsure which link to select, please contact us. Note: we reserve the right to adjust your plan period if you select the incorrect renewal link.

Normal renewal	$75 (order online here)
over 30 days late	$100 (order online here)
over 180 days (6 months) late	$150 - full upgrade fee (order online here)

Special Circumstances - USB Version together with Installed Version. If you own both an Installed Version and a USB Version that expire on the same date AND you are the registered user of both, your NORMAL renewal cost for both plans is $100 total. If your plans expire on different dates and you want them to expire on the same date, we can provide special pricing so that they expire simultaneously.
