Cache Forensics Tool Description

The Cache Forensics window is a launch point for two separate tools. These tools view the active Internet Explorer cache information and Protected Storage area on your computer. They do not view caches or protected storage information on other computers without actually running the utilities on those other systems. These tools can be used by an investigator or network administrator to recover lost information on another computer by temporarily transferring the utilities to the subject computer and running them on the other computer. The information shown by these tools is account specific, ie. the results vary between different users on the same system.
