• Current Version is NetScanTools Pro 10.x.
• Who is eligible to upgrade? NetScanTools Pro registered users--any previous version 2000 (1.0) through 2004 (9.x).
• Why should you upgrade? New features. Continued improvements. Updated whois and IP/Country databases. Includes one year maintenance beginning at date of purchase.
• Cost per upgrade license: $150 (normal retail is $249). This is 40% off.
• Can you download the upgrade? Yes.
• Can you get the upgrade on CDROM? Yes, shipping charges will apply.
• Limitations: This is a one-for-one license upgrade, so if you want more NetScanTools Pro licenses than you have Pro Version licenses, you have to pay full price for the extra licenses. Proof of ownership in the form of valid NetScanTools Pro registration information is required. Shipping is extra if you want CDROM media. Other discounts do not apply to this upgrade pricing.
• Registration Requirement: Registration is required after program installation to activate the Maintenance Plan. You get 15 uses in unregistered mode. Registration FAQs are here.
• NetScanTools Pro is designed for Windows 7/Vista/2008/2003/XP/2000. Earlier operating systems are not supported.

Order the Upgrade online (downloaded Installed Version only - this is NOT the USB Version or a CDROM).

	Order online here. You will need your CDKEY/Serial Number from your current NetScanTools Pro older version.
	Located in UK. European Union EU members only. Website.

To order the Upgrade on CDROM, please contact us by phone or email with your current NetScanTools Pro registration information (CDKEY/Serial Number is found on About tab/window). European Union EU members may also contact Extralan in UK. CDs cannot be ordered online.

Do you need to order a Replacement CD?
We address this issue on a case by case basis. Please contact our Sales Dept. for more information. Note: if your CD was stolen or destroyed, check to see if your insurance will cover Replacement or Major Version Upgrade costs. We replace only the current version, old versions are not available.
