Optional tools are specialized ad-in tools that are not included with NetScanTools Pro. They are purchased separately and DO NOT require you to have NetScanTools Pro for operation. These tools can run as a standalone.

Managed Switch Port Mapping Tool

This tool communicates with a managed switch such as an HP Procurve ® or a Cisco Catalyst ® to determine the MAC address(es) and possibly IP address(es) of devices assigned to the physical switch port. NOTICE: If you are using the USB Flash Drive version of NetScanTools Pro, please be aware that the Switch Port Mapping Tool is currently designed to be installed on a hard drive, not on a USB Flash Drive.
