Unlocked Trial Software (Managed Switch Port Mapping Tool, ipPulse, Lineage Manager for Dogs):
Since this type software was first used on a trial basis, then purchased and unlocked, we do not issue refunds on downloaded/unlocked software.

Downloaded Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) Software (NetScanTools Pro):
If it has been downloaded, we assume it has been installed whether or not it has been registered. We do not issue refunds on Downloaded ESD Software unless it has never been downloaded. If it has not been downloaded, you have thirty days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

Packaged software (NetScanTools Pro, ipPulse, Lineage Manager for Dogs):
Please note: Promptly return the unopened disk package and the accompanying items (including written materials and binders or other containers) within thirty (30) days for a refund, less the shipping and handling charges. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same item. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you obtained the software through a reseller, dealer, or distributor, consult them for their return policy.

All returned product(s) must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We do not accept returns without an RMA. To obtain an RMA, send email to sales [at symbol] netscantools.com or call us at (360) 683-9888.

Once you have an RMA, ship the product back to us. You'll need to cover the cost of shipping, unless given alternative instruction from our Customer Service Department. Please use a shipping company that can track packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

Once your return has been received and processed, we will credit your account or ship you a new copy of your software.
