Return and Exchange Policy

Unlocked Trial Software - Managed Switch Port Mapping Tool, ipPulse, SSL Certificate Scanner, Lineage Manager for Dogs

Since this type software was first used on a trial basis for a number of days, then purchased and unlocked, we do not issue refunds on downloaded/unlocked trial software.

Downloaded Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) Software - NetScanTools Pro

If NetScanTools Pro has not been registered, you have thirty days from the date of purchase to request a refund. A 15% return processing fee will apply.

NetScanTools Pro Maintenance Plan Renewals

All requests for refunds must be done within 30 days of renewal purchase and you must not have downloaded a new full install during those 30 days.

Packaged Software

We no longer provide packaged software, but in the event you do receive it that way, this section applies.

Please note: Promptly return the unopened disk package and the accompanying items (including written materials and binders or other containers) within thirty (30) days for a refund, less the shipping and handling charges. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same item. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you obtained the software through a reseller, dealer, or distributor, consult them for their return policy. All returned product(s) must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We do not accept returns without an RMA. To obtain an RMA, send email to sales [at symbol] netscantools.com or call us at (360) 683-9888. Once you have an RMA, ship the product back to us. You'll need to cover the cost of shipping, unless given alternative instruction from our Customer Service Department. Please use a shipping company that can track packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. Once your return has been received and processed, we will credit your account or ship you a new copy of your software.
